The cul de sac involved development a large expansive that included multiple retaining walls using hundreds of local natural boulders and hundreds of earth tone bricks. Another feature are the stone steps connection multiple inclines enhanced with the boulders.
The plants are native and indigenous to Southern Oregon. All of the plants both grassy areas are on an automatic irrigation system that reduces water bills.
